We evaluate factors such as material condition, structural integrity, and suitability for the intended application before they enter the manufacturing process.

END-TO-END QUALITY CONTROL
Quality is not determined at a single stage of production—it is built throughout the entire process.
At CV. Eka Adhikari Cipta, quality control begins with the careful selection and inspection of raw materials, including wood and rattan. From there, each stage of production is monitored to help ensure consistency, functionality, and craftsmanship.
Our quality control process covers material treatment, frame construction, weaving, coloring and finishing, packaging, and final preparation for shipment. Before export, products are carefully loaded into containers, followed by fumigation and quarantine procedures to help protect shipments from pests and comply with international shipping requirements.
By maintaining oversight from raw material selection to container loading, we strive to ensure that every product is prepared to meet our quality standards before it reaches our clients.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Good products are built through good communication. That is why we place equal importance on responsiveness and customer support throughout every project. Our team is committed to replying to inquiries within a maximum of three working days and assisting clients with product selection, order quantities, customization requests, export documentation, and other sourcing requirements.

Our responsibility does not end when a container leaves our facility. While we maintain quality control throughout the entire production and shipping process, we understand that trust is earned through accountability. If a verified manufacturing defect is identified, we are prepared to discuss and provide appropriate compensation based on the circumstances of the transaction.

EXPORT COMPLIANCE
Our commitment to quality and responsible business practices is supported by internationally recognized certifications, including FSC, BSCI, amfori, and SVLK. These certifications reflect our efforts to maintain standards in sourcing, manufacturing, and business operations while meeting the requirements of international markets.
That same commitment continues through the shipping process. Before export, containers are subject to fumigation and quarantine procedures to help ensure shipment safety and compliance with international regulations.
